PROCUREMENT PROCESS — 1. Send the statement of work, specifications, drawings and delivery requirements. 2. We review the hull, materials, propulsion, payload, crew and equipment. 3. The written quotation defines the vessel, included equipment, price and terms. 4. Production begins after approval of the final build specification. 5. Testing, documentation and delivery follow the contract.
COMPLIANCE — Final standards, inspections and acceptance criteria are established by the solicitation, contract and completed vessel configuration. No vessel is described as agency-certified unless that approval has been issued.
